This is a generic (aftermarket) Daytona Panda dial for the Rolex caliber 4131 movement, modeled after the 126500LN. It features the classic black-on-white “Panda” color scheme with precisely positioned sub-dials and hour markers matching the original design. It can directly replace a damaged or aged original dial, and is also suitable for custom watch builds or modifications. Note that this dial is not manufactured by Rolex; it is a high-quality generic part.

Q1: Can I install this dial on my original Rolex Daytona 116500LN?
A: The 116500LN uses caliber 4130, while this dial is designed for caliber 4131. The dial feet positions and sub-dial spacing differ. They are not interchangeable. Verify your movement caliber.
Q2: What is the dial diameter? Which case does it fit?
A: Standard diameter is approximately 30.5mm, fitting Daytona 116500/126500 series cases. To be safe, measure your original dial with calipers before purchasing.
Q3: After installation, the chronograph seconds hand does not return to zero exactly. What to do?
A: Check that the chronograph seconds hand is fully seated on its pinion. If still off, the dial’s 12 o’clock marker may have a tiny positioning tolerance relative to the movement center – a known limitation of generic dials.
Q4: Does this dial have lume?
A: Most versions have basic luminous paint on the hour markers and hands area, but brightness and duration may be inferior to genuine Super-LumiNova. Check product description.
