Q1: How to choose the correct diameter and thickness?
A: Measure the outer diameter of the original crystal (or the case groove inner diameter) with calipers. Select a diameter 0.05‑0.10mm smaller. The thickness must match exactly – 2.5mm or 3.0mm. Measure the original if unsure.
Q2: Is this crystal made of sapphire?
A: No. This is mineral glass – lower hardness but more affordable. For sapphire, please choose our sapphire crystal series.
Q3: Do I need glue for installation?
A: It depends on the case design. If the case has a gasket groove, use press‑fit (no glue). If there is no groove, use UV glue. Follow the original installation method.

A: Measure the original crystal’s thickness. If it is approx. 2.5mm, choose 2.5mm; if approx. 3.0mm, choose 3.0mm. A mismatch may prevent seating or cause sealing failure.
