Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, undamaged items within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
Custom-made parts or tools
Used, installed, or damaged items
Items returned after 15 days without prior approval
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
Wait for our customer service team to approve and provide the correct return address and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a SoflyPart error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a SoflyPart error
For credit card payments, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

For time-sensitive requests, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Order number and a brief description of the issue
We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or offering a refund at no extra cost.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our designated return warehouse.
Do not send items to our original shipping or registered business address without prior approval, as such returns may not be processed.
The correct return address will be provided after your request is approved by our support team.
Important Notes
Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms

Room 1802B-A6, Fortress Tower, 250 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong
This is not a warehouse or logistics hub. Most shipments and return processing take place through facilities in Mainland China.
To avoid return issues, please do not send items directly to the Hong Kong address unless specifically instructed. We appreciate your understanding.
