Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is missing or arrives damaged:

Lost item: Notify us within 15 business days of the expected delivery date

Damaged item: Email us within 3 business days, attaching photos of the item, packaging, and label

We will work directly with the shipping provider to find a resolution.
