The Bergeon 5011 is a professional watch crystal removing pump designed for safely extracting unbreakable glasses (e.g., mineral glass, acrylic) from one‑piece watch cases. It comes with three interchangeable heads of diameters 1.60, 2.00, and 2.50 mm to fit various crystal stem holes. A dedicated key is also included for removing the half‑stem with the crown, facilitating separation of the crystal from the stem assembly. Using air pressure, the pump pushes the crystal out from the inside, preventing damage to the case or crystal.

1. Is this a genuine Bergeon tool?
Yes. It is a Swiss Bergeon factory‑original model 5011, brand new.
2. How do I choose the correct pump head diameter?
Measure the stem hole diameter in the crystal and select the head that is slightly smaller to ensure a good seal.
3. Do I need to remove the winding stem first?
Yes. Use the included key to remove the half‑stem (with the crown) so the pump head can access the hole and create air pressure.
4. Can this tool be used for sapphire crystals?
Sapphire crystals are very hard and brittle; using air pressure may crack them. This tool is intended for mineral and acrylic crystals. For sapphire, use a crystal press.
5. How do I maintain the tool?
Clean the pump heads and seals after use. Inspect seals regularly for aging and replace if necessary.
