Swiss Made: Manufactured by the renowned Swiss company Bergeon, ensuring high quality and precision.
Precision Pin Removal: Features a replaceable 0.80 mm diameter, 27 mm long steel pin, designed to precisely push out the connecting pins in bracelet links.
Adjustable Spacer: The tool holder has a spacer designed to accommodate three different bracelet thicknesses, ensuring the band is held securely without slipping during operation.
Non‑marring Material: The main body is made of glass‑reinforced plastic, which will not scratch the bracelet or watch case, making it safe for both polished and brushed metal finishes.
Wide Compatibility: Suitable for metal watch bracelets up to 22 mm wide, fitting most standard link sizes.
Compact and Portable: The tool’s small dimensions (65 x 25 x 25 mm) make it easy to store and carry.
Q1: Why won‘t the pin come out?
A: There could be a few reasons: 1) You are pushing on the larger end of a split/tapered pin. Try operating from the opposite side. 2) The pin is seized or corroded. Try applying a drop of penetrating oil and wait a few minutes before trying again. 3) The pin has insufficient travel. Fully retract the screw, then reposition the bracelet in the tool.
Q2: How much force should I use?
A: Use steady, consistent pressure. If a pin is extremely tight, do not force it. Double‑check your direction, and if it is correct, apply more steady pressure, but never a shock load. Some people gently tap the end of the pusher with a small mallet for more force, but this must be done carefully.
Q3: Does the tool come with a spare pin?
A: It only comes with the one pin installed. Replacement pins are available as Bergeon part 7230-G08 (0.80mm). As a 0.80mm pin, it is compatible with similar tools from other manufacturers.
