Battery Replacement:
Use the case opening knife (4932) or JAXA opener (2819) to remove the case back
Use plastic battery tweezers (6460-P) to remove and install the battery – plastic tips prevent short circuits
Use soft-air blower (30540) to remove dust before closing the case
Bracelet Adjustment:
Place the bracelet on the watch band holding block (6744-P)
Use the spring bar tool (3153) to compress spring bars for removal/installation
For metal bracelets with pins, use the multi-use bracelet press (8745) to push pins in/out
Case Back Opening/Closing:
For screw-down case backs, select the appropriate pin style on the JAXA opener (2819)
Insert pins into case back notches, turn counter-clockwise to open
To close, hand-tighten first, then use JAXA opener for final snug fit
General Maintenance:
Use screwdrivers (30081 series) for movement screws – always select the correct blade size
Use anti-magnetic tweezers (7026-1) for handling movement components
Clean watch surfaces with microfiber cloth (7039)
Measure wrist size with wrist measuring gauge (6789-N) before fitting new straps
