It fits the MIYOTA 6M12 3-hand with date quartz caliber (10½ ligne), also compatible with 6B10, 6110 series. The 6M12 is discontinued, with the 1M12 as its replacement—but they use different stems (6M12 uses 065-379; 1M12 uses 065-505), not interchangeable.
3. Does the stem need to be cut during installation?
The stem has a length of 18.4mm and must be cut to fit the specific case length during installation before attaching the crown. To reuse the original crown, the new stem should be cut to match the length of the old stem. This should be performed by a qualified watchmaker.
